Construction and Empirical Research of Multi-dimensional Evaluation Model Based on Entropy Weight-TOPSIS
摘要
Aiming at the problems of subjective weighting bias and insufficient utilization of data information in multidimensional evaluation, this research introduces an integrated evaluation model built upon the Entropy Weight Method and TOPSIS. By objectively calculating index weights via the entropy weight method and combining TOPSIS for scheme ranking, a complete process of “data preprocessing-weight determination-comprehensive evaluation” is constructed. An empirical study on the evaluation of regional scientific and technological innovation capabilities is carried out. The findings indicate that the methodology can reliably uncover the advantages and shortcomings of evaluation objects, providing a scientific basis for decision-making in multiple fields. The research verifies the objectivity and applicability of the model, offering a new method for multidimensional evaluation of complex systems.
