Artificial Intelligence is influencing every aspect of the organisation. The present study explores the impact of artificial intelligence on human resource management. This study investigates impact of AI tools on HRM functions. In the present study, quantitative study was conducted in 5 primary industries—manufacturing, IT, Automotive, telecommunications and Energy. The findings suggest there is a strong linkage between identified variables. The study sheds light on how AI reduces the cost, improves the efficiency and reduces the administrative hurdles of repetitive tasks. Findings of this study can be used to improve the efficiency of the human resources department in order to minimize defection in the organization.
