One of the significant challenges in large-scale enterprises is the lack of integrity in operational systems, which hinders effective information flow across departments. This research proposes a decision support system (DSS) to integrate three critical corporate units: purchasing, sales, and production. The process is examined in two steps of information flow within each unit, with a focus on addressing data uncertainty and ensuring organizational integrity. The implementation leverages possibility theory to handle uncertainty and identifies key events that drive organizational integrity. A case study is conducted to validate the system using actual enterprise data, ensuring objective and practical results.
