Theoretical study of fiber using surface plasmon resonance (SPR) sensor based on gold (Au) and refractive index (RI) sensing via wavelength interrogation method is the main emphasis of this study. The design’s performance was investigated for refractive indices changing from 1.33 to 1.37. Here, we examined the suggested structure’s performance in terms of quality factor, sensitivity and detection accuracy. As a result, this structure creates a novel avenue for the bio-sensing field to sense biological analytes.
