The incidence of genitourinary (GU) cancer is increasing worldwide. Outcome in these patients is improving due to medical advancement and multidisciplinary care. Though many of these patients are now diagnosed at early stage in developed countries, advanced stage at presentation and poor outcome are still significant concerns in low- and middle-income countries. The chapter provides a brief overview of urogenital malignancies.
