Myopia (I close the eye) or short sight is that form of refractive error where in the incident parallel rays come to a focus anterior to retina with accommodation at rest. The far point of the myopic eye is a finite point in front of the eye. Therefore an object at this point is focused without the effect of accommodation (Fig. 5.1).

摘要

Myopia (I close the eye) or short sight is that form of refractive error where in the incident parallel rays come to a focus anterior to retina with accommodation at rest. The far point of the myopic eye is a finite point in front of the eye. Therefore an object at this point is focused without the effect of accommodation (Fig. 5.1).
