Research on virtual simulation technology for the installation process of connecting screws and bolts in a certain engine fuel accessory housing, establishing an accurate finite element model of bolt connection and achieving accurate simulation during the tightening process, analyzing the effective pretightening force range that affects the sealing of the connection interface of the screws and bolts, and combining the installation process design and installation quality simulation technology of the screws and bolts, to achieve reliable connection of the connecting screws and bolts in the engine fuel accessory housing, ensuring the safety and reliability of the housing connection surface under vibration conditions.
