Establishment of a Horizontal Vibration Model for Retrofitted Lifts and Analysis of Real Measurements
摘要
The retrofitted lift adopts a space-saving machine room-less design and is installed in the newly built retrofitted shaft of the original building, which has not reserved a lift shaft. The vibration and noise of retrofitted lifts are not reflected in the regular inspection of lifts, but they have a great impact on the comfort experience of passengers and reflect the health condition of lifts. This chapter studies the vibration characteristics of the retrofitted lift, establishes a 6-degree-of-freedom rail–cabin–guide shoe system coupling model for the parameters and structure of common retrofitted lifts, calculates the cabin vibration by using the separation iteration method, simulates the model using SIMULINK, verifies the model using measured data, and analyzes the factors affecting the horizontal vibration of the retrofitted lift.
