In this paper, the macroscopic sealing force and average contact pressure are solved by a macroscopic contact model. The quantitative relationship between sealing force and relative displacement is determined by the microscopic contact model, which realizes the connection between microscopic surface morphology parameters and macroscopic leakage rate in a physical sense. Finally, a more accurate leakage prediction model for the seal contact interface is proposed.

摘要
