IoT Based Solar-Powered Mushroom Farming for Sustainable Agriculture

The increasing global demand for sustainable agricultural practices has led to the exploration of innovative technologies to improve crop production while minimizing environmental impact. This paper presents an IoT-based solar-powered system for mushroom farming, aiming to enhance productivity and reduce energy consumption. The proposed system utilizes Internet of Things (IoT) devices for real-time monitoring and automation of key environmental parameters, such as temperature, humidity, and CO2 levels, which are crucial for optimal mushroom growth. Solar energy powers the system, ensuring a renewable and cost-effective energy source, making it suitable for remote or rural areas with limited access to electricity.
