Extended computer use for leisure and everyday tasks is frequently connected with development of neck pain. Long-term computer use, slumped shoulders, poor neck posture alter the neck's natural lordotic curvature, which causes muscular imbalance and ultimately, neck pain. The study is based on the effective microcurrent therapy and the low-level laser therapy with isometric exercise for the neck pain in computer users to treat or it may reduce the level of intensity of pain. This intervention helps to improve posture and reduce pain. The study's aim is to assess how well Microcurrent therapy and Low-Level Laser Therapy programs will have effect on neck pain in computer users. A total of 106 participants were randomly assigned to the Microcurrent Therapy (MCT) and Low-Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) groups (n = 53 each). Both groups performed neck isometric exercises, with demographic data, NDI, and APECS scores recorded. MCT employed trigger and relaxation methods, while LLLT combined infrared laser with isometrics, delivered in 20-min sessions twice weekly for three weeks. Results showed significant improvements in the MCT group (NDI: 7.40, APECS: 63.91) compared to the LLLT group (NDI: 10.32, APECS: 54.96), with a p-value <0.0001, highlighting MCT's superior efficacy in reducing neck pain and improving posture in computer users.
