This Paper, “VisuAid” is a web application developed especially for people with low vision so that they are able to perform their daily activities independently with the help of appropriate assistive devices. VisuAid comprehensively supports text recognition, object recognition, and auditory feedback through low vision users’ electronic devices, allowing users to quickly communicate with and interact with their environment. Moreover, the project presents a design of smart glasses that can detect and notify users about obstacles, staircases, and potholes to improve mobility. This project promotes inclusivity through engagement by encouraging visually impaired people to self-serve information and knowledge and take part in different settings actively.
