INRCM: An Improvable Neighbor Relationship’s Co-location Miner
摘要
Spatial Co-location Pattern (SCP) mining technology has shown great application value in urban planning, environmental monitoring, and other fields. In SCP mining, the measurement of neighbor relationships between spatial instances is crucial. After changing (improving) the neighborhood relationships, the SCP mining process must be be executed from the beginning. In this study, we developed INRCM (an Improvable Neighbor Relationship’s Co-location Miner), a user-friendly interactive system designed to enhance the practical value of SCP mining technology. This system is supported by an efficient post-mining algorithm that can rapidly update the mining results when the neighbor relationships are redefined, provided that the redefined relationship satisfies a downward closure relative to the original relationship. This post-mining algorithm significantly reduces the computational overhead of re-mining SCPs after redefining neighbor relationships.
