The control of process parameters in ESR plays a critical role in determining the quality of steel ingots, while the rational selection of these parameters serves as an essential prerequisite for achieving high-quality ingots. In practice, there exists a certain degree of coupling and interdependence among the various process parameters of ESR. While individual process parameters can influence the stability of the ESR process and the quality of the steel, their variation is also constrained by other parameters within the system. Ultimately, the stability of the ESR process and the quality of the steel rely on the coordinated interaction of all process parameters within the system.
