Indirect Glans Penis Augmentation (GPA)
摘要
After the introduction of GPA via direct HA gel injection, an alternative concept—indirect GPA—has emerged. Unlike direct augmentation, which elevates the glans through intradermal HA placement, indirect GPA involves inserting fillers between the distal corpus cavernosum and the base of the glans penis. This technique, originally developed as part of modified scaffold insertions for penile lengthening and Peyronie’s disease correction, aims to indirectly enhance glans projection and sensitivity modulation. This chapter explores the background, techniques, efficacy, and limitations of indirect GPA, with a focus on its potential role in managing premature ejaculation (PE).
