Glans Penis Augmentation for the Treatment of Premature Ejaculation
摘要
This chapter explores the theoretical basis and clinical evidence supporting the use of glans penis augmentation (GPA) with hyaluronic acid (HA) filler as a novel therapeutic approach for premature ejaculation (PE). It presents results from human clinical studies evaluating GPA alone, dorsal neurectomy alone, and a combined approach, including the author’s published 5-year follow-up outcomes. These findings provide insights into the potential efficacy, safety, and long-term durability of GPA in managing PE, particularly in patients with glans hypersensitivity.
