In this paper, the nano-container films grown in situ were prepared on H62 brass surface by hydrothermal synthesis method, and the effects of different experimental conditions on the ZIF-8 film were studied. ZIF-8 film with metal-organic skeleton structure was prepared on the surface of H62 brass. After adjusting the concentration ratio of solution components, reaction temperature and time, ZIF-8 film with uniform size and high density was prepared in the solution system of C2-MI: CTEA 1:3 at 65 °C for 6 h. The electrochemical test results show that the corrosion protection effect of 3.5 wt % NaCl solution on the matrix can last for 72 h.
