While there has been no in-depth theoretical study and analysis in China on the emergence and development patterns of top-notch talent from the interdisciplinary perspectives of education, genetics, and epigenetics, such research is crucial for understanding the developmental milestones and cultivation processes of top talent. This paper comprehensively examines and analyses the pattern of the emergence and development of top-notch talent from the perspectives of genetics and epigenetics, aiming to provide theoretical and practical references for the top-notch talent cultivation in basic disciplines in China.
