Benign or Not Benign
摘要
Elizabeth was the 14‑year‑old girl who was previously referred for evaluation of microhaematuria. She was followed up regularly in the outpatient clinic and remained well all along. Her renal function test was normal, and her urine protein creatinine ratio was <0.2 (mg/mg). Her microhaematuria persisted with 5–15 RBC per high-power field. Does Elizabeth suffer from thin membrane nephropathy?
