With the accelerated evolution of modern warfare towards informatization and intelligence, the complexity of command and control systems is growing. To cultivate high-quality command talents that can meet the needs of future battlefields, a data-knowledge driven collaborative command and control training and teaching mode is proposed. This study provides a detailed analysis of the conceptual architecture of this model, elucidates the collaborative mechanism and key technical methods of data and knowledge in command and control training, and verifies its effectiveness through practical applications in system simulation teaching. The research results can provide new ideas and practical guidance for the development of command and control training.
