Passenger cableway is an important means of transportation that can cross mountains, rivers, and adapt to various complex terrains. It plays a crucial role in cultural tourism, skiing, and urban transportation. Damage to key components of equipment is one of the main causes of accidents. Carry out online monitoring of the main drive motor bearings of passenger ropeways. Through data processing and analysis, it was found that there were 49.4 Hz and its harmonics, indicating that the motor bearings may have an outer ring fault. In future inspections, attention should be paid to whether the motor has abnormal noises, temperature rise, and other abnormal phenomena. The use of online monitoring technology can quickly and efficiently understand the operating status of equipment, provide guidance for daily maintenance of equipment, and ensure the healthy operation of equipment.
