Mindfacture serves as a paradigm grounded in the talents of individuals, knowledge, technology, and creativity to create and enhance processes, products, and services. This article presents a successful case study where a triple helix model has been established for the generation, application, and transfer of knowledge and technology. This model aims to promote both secondary and higher education, improve industrial processes through the technological paradigm of Industry 4.0, and foster collaboration with the government sector in Guanajuato, Mexico. The integration of mathematics has been crucial in adopting Industry 4.0 technologies, particularly in designing algorithms for computer vision, additive manufacturing, intelligent algorithm programming, and data analysis. Collaborative efforts among government, universities, and businesses have facilitated support for students and garnered recognition from the state of Guanajuato for advancing science and technology.
