Therefore, before planting, sand control hedges or checkerboard sand barriers arranged in rows or grids are used to reduce wind velocity and stop sand movement in preparation for the introduction of vegetation. Alternatively, the ground surface is covered with brushwood, plastic, or chemicals in covering work to suppress the generation of shifting sand itself.
