The Influence of Learning on the Use of Artificial Intelligence Among University Students in Business Schools: A Study of Perceptions by Gender
摘要
This study examines how training in artificial intelligence influences its use among business sciences students from five private universities in Peru. Based on a sample of 371 participants, a quantitative approach was employed, utilizing a validated questionnaire and the statistical software Jamovi to analyze the data. The findings indicate that the perception of AI learning has a significant effect on its adoption in academic settings (β = 0.379, p < 0.001). On the other hand, no statistically significant differences were observed when comparing results by gender (F = 0.64, p = 0.424), suggesting that prior knowledge of AI is a determining factor in its use, with no substantial gaps between men and women. The study highlights the importance of implementing training programs that promote equitable AI education and address challenges related to privacy and technological dependence. It concludes that a strong understanding of AI is essential for its effective integration into higher education, though other factors remain to be explored.
