In this paper, a test platform for automatically monitoring the status of elevator door locks is designed. In the future, it will be used to monitor the status of elevator door locks online for the elevator, and potential risks of the elevator can be detected in time. Relevant requirements for monitoring elevator door locks' status on standards and regulations have been studied in this paper. And the mechanical structure design and electrical control design of the automatically monitoring device also have been studied in this paper, including the control of the motor and the position design of the camera. Finally, the camera on the test platform filmed the elevator door lock status. Image processing is conducted by using machine vision to judge the opening and closing status of the elevator door lock, and intelligent measurement is carried out for the engagement size of the locking element of the elevator door lock. After practical experiments, this paper compared the data obtained by the intelligent measurement method used on the testing platform with the actual data, and found that the measured data matched the actual data.

摘要

In this paper, a test platform for automatically monitoring the status of elevator door locks is designed. In the future, it will be used to monitor the status of elevator door locks online for the elevator, and potential risks of the elevator can be detected in time.
