Lubricating oil is the “blood” of industrial machinery and equipment. By monitoring the change of its characteristic parameters, the running status of the equipment can be judged. Usually, the oil detection sensor (hereinafter referred to as the sensor) obtains the original signal, and then the intelligent monitoring data management system continuously analyzes and analyzes the performance change value of the oil. Find out the causal relationship between the change value and equipment lubrication, friction and wear, mechanical efficiency, realize intelligent operation and maintenance, and ensure the stable operation of equipment. This paper introduces the sensor and intelligent operation and maintenance management system, which are embedded in the industrial digital production line to monitor the lubrication condition of the equipment in real time, and the functional logic and principle of the intelligent operation and maintenance management system to analyze the operation state, judge the stages of lubrication and wear, and warn (report) the fault. Taking kinetic energy and humidity sensors as examples, this paper expounds the working principle and composition of sensors, and some typical applications in industrial digital production, describes the characteristics of this digital sensor, and discusses (summarizes) the hot issues of sensor application.
