Cooperative Regulation Strategy for Mobile Charging Facilities Considering the Spatial Flexibility of EVs
摘要
With the increasing number of electric vehicle (EV), the insufficiency of the service capacity of fixed charging stations (FCS) has become more and more prominent. Expanding FCS faces many obstacles. Although the charging service pressure can be temporarily relieved through regulatory measures such as electricity price guidance, this problem still cannot be solved when a large number of EVs flood in. Mobile charging facilities (MCF) have become an effective tool to solve the supply and demand problem of charging piles due to their flexibility. This paper proposes a collaborative regulation strategy for MCF considering the spatial flexibility of EVs to address the supply and demand problem of charging piles. Firstly, MCF is scheduled considering the demands of users and distribution networks. Then, user charging costs are further considered to guide user charging, optimizing the user charging experience and alleviating the pressure on the distribution network.
