The opening and closing time characteristics of high-voltage circuit breakers are key factors for the safe operation of power systems. Accurately measuring the opening and closing time of high-voltage circuit breakers plays a crucial role in ensuring the stability of the power system, preventing the expansion of faults, and reducing power outage losses. This article proposes a method for testing the opening and closing time of high-voltage circuit breakers based on high-frequency current signals. The VMD-HT time-frequency analysis method is used to analyze the coupled current signals in the high-voltage circuit breaker circuit, thereby determining the opening and closing time. Finally, on-site experiments are conducted to compare the measurement results of this method with traditional time-frequency analysis methods, verifying the feasibility and accuracy of this method.

摘要
