The frequency response analysis (FRA) is very important to analyze the transient characteristics of transformers, especially there exist problems with high failure rate caused by transformer windings. Firstly, it is necessary to select the appropriate simulation analysis method according to the characteristics of the simulation software and simulation requirements. Secondly, the Simulation analysis model of 10 kV Transformer HV Winding is build based on the electromagnetic simulation calculation software CST (Computer Simulation Technology). In the simulation model, the 10 kV transformer is regarded as a two-port network model, the incoming and outgoing terminal of the high-voltage winding are the signal input and output ports of the two-port network model. By calculating the S parameter between the input and output ports of the dual-port network, the range of 0.1–30 MHz frequency domain response characteristics of the high-voltage side windings are analyzed. The result provides a basis for engineering application.

摘要
