A Study of the Wear Characteristics of the Sliding Plate of the Bow Net System and a Model for Predicting the Amount of Wear
摘要
During the operation of the train, the contact surface between the pantograph slide plate and the catenary wire is affected by the mechanical sliding and traction current, which causes the increase of the wear of the slide plate and reduces the service life of the pantograph friction pair. Therefore, it is of great significance to understand the wear characteristics of pantograph slides as much as possible, and to carry out research on the modeling and prediction of the wear amount of slides. In this paper, the current-carrying friction wear experiments under different working conditions are carried out by the self-developed sliding electrical contact testing machine, and the pure mechanical wear when the current is 0 and the current-carrying wear under normal working conditions are obtained, the wear model of R Holm on the current-carrying wear is simplified, and the Archard theorem is introduced into the mechanical wear model of the pantograph carbon slide plate, and the electrical wear is assumed to be proportional to the current Joule heating in the absence of arc, and the electrical wear model is formed together with the arc ablation, and the two are combined. The wear model of pantograph carbon slide plate was established, and the effectiveness of the model was verified.
