Micro-Level Industrial Culture
摘要
This chapter clarifies the two core components of micro-level industrial culture: enterprise culture and industrial group culture. It defines enterprise culture as a multilayered system (material, institutional, and spiritual) and elaborates on its key functions (guidance, constraint, cohesion, etc.) and core content. Industrial group culture is defined as the shared identity among industry participants, with analysis of its characteristics (clear membership and interaction) and content (behavior patterns and group personality). Case studies of the American, German, and Japanese corporate cultures illustrate national variations. The chapter concludes that micro-level industrial culture is crucial for enterprise survival and group cohesion, providing a foundational framework for understanding industrial culture at the micro dimension.
