The problem now is: how does the crystal grow when the nucleus is formed in the metastable phase or the seed crystal is placed in the metastable phase, what is the mechanism of crystal growth, and what is the relationship between the growth rate of the crystal and the growth driving force. We usually call the function relationship between the growth rate and the driving force as growth kinetics or interface kinetics.
