In this chapter, we discuss millimeter-wave imaging based on a circular-arc MIMO array. Section 3.1 provides an overview of the chapter. Section 3.2 presents the derivation of the spatial frequency domain algorithm for circular MIMO-SAR imaging. In Sect. 3.3, the quasi-monostatic approximation is evaluated. Key imaging parameters, including sampling criterion, resolution, and the critical deconvolution step of the algorithm, are analyzed in Sect. 3.4. Sections 3.5 and 3.6 are dedicated to simulation and experimental validation, respectively, followed by conclusions in Sect. 3.7.
