Women empowerment has been discussed and debated on all the major platforms as well as published articles. Due to its multiple dimensions, right from education, health, workforce participation, domestic violence etc., this umbrella term has attracted researchers, social scientists, activists and policymakers worldwide. Women empowerment is deeply aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goal-5, focused on gender equality and empowering the women and girls. Even it supports ending poverty (SDG 1) and promoting good health (SDG 3). It is important to help women in their quest to lead healthy life and become financially self-sustainable. There is no single solution to all the issues related to women empowerment and all the organisations explore and experiment their way out in their CSR projects and initiatives. This paper discusses a new framework for with the participation of management students in the women empowerment projects, along with the governments, corporate and workforce of non-government organisations. This paper presents a new model for future projects world over, which may be customised and further strengthened by the interested organisations. The outcomes of the initiative in the form of amplified impact of projects as well as employability of students have been discussed.
