Greater Eurasia and China-Russia Strategic Partnership
摘要
Russia has the necessary experience and capability to deal with the risks and turmoil occurring in the course of building Greater Eurasia, as evidenced by its optimal division of labor with China, countries in the post-Soviet region, and other Asian and African countries within the framework of strategic partnership. It also needs to divide labor in an appropriate manner with main European countries in the long run. Another sign of its success is stable economic growth, political stability under modern state governance, and effective operation of the social system. The experience of China and other Asian countries will offer references for Russia in making economic development plans, but it is still up to the Russian government and society to keep the country in its rightful position.
