All major countries are strongly promoting informatization nowadays to accelerate the industrial transformation and upgrade. China and Belarus have made joint efforts in promoting “policy coordination, connectivity of infrastructure, unimpeded trade, financial integration, and closer people-to-people ties.” Among that, the breadth and depth of bilateral financial cooperation both in the international and regional market have a direct bearing on the convenience of their trade and investment settlement, stability of exchange rate, and controllability of investment and financing risks. This paper will sum up and draw on the experience of international financial cooperation, and comb through the various models of China-Belarus financial cooperation, with the aim of deepening the strategic cooperation between the two countries along the Silk Road.
