In recent years, China and Belarus have been promoting the principles and methods of modernizing their higher education systems in the international education service market, and the experience they have gained can be a real stepping stone for building the “educational corridor” under the BRI framework. To a large extent, interests and efforts in educational cooperation can be catalysts of this process, which in a way are the common experience of all potential participants in the BRI. It’s important to keep in mind that every participant, above all things, hopes to make their own educational system more competitive, and reinforce their position in the knowledge economy and international community.
