This paper will discuss issues concerning the integrated development of the post-Soviet region, including a historical review and an account of the status quo of the Eurasian Economic Union. In fact, Russia and Kazakhstan play a pivotal role in the changing relations among Eurasian countries. They have been and are faced with complicated issues and stern tests, but the upcoming century will show those two countries, which take consolidating their friendship as a strategic goal, the broadest vision of all-round economic and cultural development in a sustainably peaceful, stable, and secure environment.

This paper will discuss issues concerning the integrated development of the post-Soviet region, including a historical review and an account of the status quo of the Eurasian Economic Union. In fact, Russia and Kazakhstan play a pivotal role in the changing relations among Eurasian countries.
