Mechanism of Repigmentation in Vitiligo
摘要
Repigmentation and its maintenance have always been important from the viewpoint of patients with vitiligo and treating physicians, and now have been classified as the core outcome domains. Various treatment approaches, including medical and surgical methods, aim to stimulate melanocyte activity and regeneration. This chapter explores the mechanisms involved in repigmentation, clinical patterns observed, and repigmentation responses to different modalities of treatment used in vitiligo.
