Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitors are a novel class of drugs outlining their utility in various dermatologic indications. Tofacitinib, baricitinib and ruxolitinib are the JAK inhibitors of particular value in dermatologic practice. This chapter highlights the salient features of these drugs and their applications in various dermatoses.
