Leflunomide (LFM) is an isoxazole disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drug (DMRD), with anti-proliferative and immunomodulatory properties. It has been useful in psoriatic arthropathy, Wegener’s granulomatosis and sarcoidosis. However, it is not very commonly utilized owing to the propensity of adverse effects.
