Clofazimine, though primarily used in the treatment of leprosy, has been found to have a number of applications as a second-line drug in dermatology, ranging from psoriasis to ashy dermatosis. Further, owing to its relatively favourable toxicity profile, it could certainly be a valuable anti-inflammatory drug to consider.
