All of them are approved for the treatment of moderate-to-severe plaque psoriasis, and have outlined favourable therapeutic outcomes, along with a favourable toxicity profile. Besides, their utility in pityriasis rubra pilaris, hidradenitis suppurativa and pyoderma gangrenosume has also been outlined.
