This chapter describes optical speckle analysis. Images can be reconstructed by capturing and processing scattered light patterns. And statistical analysis, optical compensation and inverse problem solving methods are introduced to overcome optical signal attenuation and blurring. It can be used for biomedical, industrial and environmental monitoring to provide high-resolution, real-time, and non-invasive imaging.
