An Efficient Data Security on Cloud Environments Using an Enhanced Advanced Encryption Standard (EAES) Algorithm

The proposed model in this paper is an enhanced solution for providing the security to the data with increased efficiency of security provided to the user’s data. The technologies behind this model are web scraping, which is used for extracting the data from web applications, Enhanced Advanced Encryption Standard (EAES) which is used for modifying the user’s data, OwnCloud which is used for storing the user’s data which is a custom cloud whose scalability and maintainability is efficient. It also uses an API tool called as Proxy Crawl which helps in scraping the data and helps in securing the IP address while scraping. The main objective of this application is to provide data security and storage using cloud which is extracted from various e-commerce application which will be extracted using web scraping. The data is secured using encryption methodology with the help of cryptographic algorithms. In order to store the data an application is developed which contains UI to help the user to upload the data which may be in csv/jpeg format and this uploaded data is stored in our custom cloud which provides scalability, maintainability, and usability. The data can be retrieved whenever needed. The accuracy of the security will be improvised when compared to the predefined solutions.
