Digitalization of Educational Products and Services: Factors and Trends
摘要
This study examines the level of influence of individual factors on the growth of digital educational products. The main hypothesis of the study is that there is a certain level of influence of qualitative and quantitative factors on the relationship between the development of digital educational services and the income of the authors of digital educational products (resources). The analysis in the article was carried out using the fuzzy logic method in the MATLAB software package. The study used statistical data from Azerbaijan for 2010–2022. The authors conducted a survey among teachers and students, as well as others, which revealed the level of improvement in the quality and updating of digital educational products over time. And also, what types of digital educational products are of interest and what factors influence this more. It has been determined that the main factors: quality indicators, such as demand for a digital educational product if there is new information in the digital educational product, satisfaction of product users, their reviews and recommendations, image of the product owner and the owner’s desire to have a certain income, are important for the growth rate of digital educational products. It was revealed that the competitiveness of the product on the market, its uniqueness and compliance with the needs of the audience play an important role. the possibility of personalized learning taking into account the individual needs of everyone, access to an online library with a variety of educational content. All these factors combine to determine the growth of digital educational products.
