Within the scope of this research, the authors focus on analyzing certain provisions of Vietnamese civil law regarding the property rights of minors, thereby proposing several recommendations to improve the provisions of civil law in order to better ensure the property rights of minors in civil life. This is to contribute towards building a child-friendly justice system for minors in Viet Nam in the coming period.

摘要
