Child-Friendly Justice in Civil Judgment Enforcement: Legislative Reform in Vietnam
摘要
In addition to the investigation, prosecution and adjudication stages, the stage of judgment enforcement plays a very important role in protecting the lawful rights and interests of minors. Within the scope of this article, the author focuses on analysing certain provisions of the law on civil judgment enforcement related to minors in Viet Nam, comparing them with the legal systems of some other countries, and from that proposing improvements to the law to better ensure the lawful rights and interests of minors in the process of organising civil judgment enforcement, contributing to the building of a child-friendly justice system in Viet Nam.
