Blockchain-Based Electronic Medical Record Access Framework
摘要
The widespread adoption of emerging technologies in healthcare has driven an exponential increase in medical data generation, a trend further amplified by the challenges of aging of the global population. However, the security of healthcare data has not progressed at the same pace, with frequent incidents of data breaches and non-compliant access posing significant risks to patient privacy and the integrity of healthcare systems. Although existing access control frameworks have partially addressed secure data access, they remain limited in terms of authorization granularity, privacy preservation, and scalability for large-scale high-frequency access scenarios. To address these critical gaps, we propose a novel role-based access control (RBAC) framework designed to enable secure and efficient management of data access. This approach first introduces an algorithm for real-time evaluation of access behavior analysis. Next, it leverages Ethereum smart contract technology in conjunction with the Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) model to develop high-performance, scalable access control smart contracts. Through rigorous experimental simulations, we demonstrate that our framework achieves robust accessor management, ensures secure data sharing.
