For patients scheduled for perforator flap repair, the nursing work should start from the patient’s admission, which focuses on surgical treatment, throughout the whole nursing diagnosis and treatment process. Perioperative period refers to the period of time from the patient being admitted to the hospital for treatment to the treatment related to this operation being basically completed. This chapter will elaborate the observation and nursing of perforator flap surgery from four stages: preoperative nursing evaluation, corresponding nursing measures; nursing work on the day before surgery and on the day of surgery, postoperative nursing evaluation, corresponding nursing measures; as well as health education and rehabilitation guidance before discharge.
